I opened a fixed account with Kasikornbank. What's the question about the months?

It has something to do with the interest, I've heard that.

If I pay my 800,000 for the Visa into a fixed account for 12 months, can I not access it during those 12 months?

The bank employee just said "yes" to every question, regardless of whether I asked "can I or can't I."

I wanted a fixed account, and I didn't want the money to be withdrawn by some criminals via the app. I've heard too much about that with today's technology.

I’m sure it’s been addressed but I wanted to double check, proof of funds cannot be a fixed account with Bangkok Bank, it can only be via a chequing account correct?
