TLDR : Answer Summary
The easiest way to sell a small business in Thailand is often through a business broker or online platforms like Businessforsale.com. Many sellers have found success using these methods instead of local agents, who can charge high fees without adequate marketing efforts. Compared to brokers who charge around 5-10% for their services, using platforms like Businessforsale.com can be much more cost-effective.
Businessforsale.com, I've sold all of the businesses that I've attempted to sell here in Thailand that way, never had any lick with local agents and the fees they charge for a Facebook post are disgraceful ๐
They want 5 % but spend zero on advertising ect, 10% if the value exceeds 10m baht.
