Regardless of whether Samsung is crap or not, you still want it repaired. Any of the street places mentioned will give you a large choice of difference technicians, who will do a good job

 correct just go to the computer level of any mall and there are thousands of repair shops everywhere.

Better off buying a new one. Stay away from Samsung. They are crap. Every Samsung product I bought was garbage.

They have built in obsolescence ergo they are disposable. Any repair would be temporary. Buy a new one

 They definitely used to be absolute garbage. They've improved a lot now. If they're not spontaneously catching fire and actually work, they are usually good to go.

 my wife got me an S9 when they came out, still going strong and i use for work which is really shitty conditions on ships boilers

Got samsung tablet forgot model but about 8 years old now. Still going good
