Asavanant Clinic in Thonglor. Have used for crowns and root canal work several times. Good prices compared to the UK.

I got many crowns and veneers at Bangkok Smile Dental on sukhumvit Soi 5. Very happy with the service. Their prices are all online (same as most large dental offices) so you'll know what to expect before even going in.
