Question

Has anyone recently received a DTV visa approval in Hanoi with soft power? How many days did it take for it to be approved? I applied with soft power on the night of the 26th, but I haven't heard back yet, so I'm asking.
When I wrote the DTV, I set the departure date for Thailand as December 10th...
