File could be too large. For internet use try to keep them below 1 Mb in size. Some websites ony take a certain format, ie, PDF.

Close your window and try again. If you continue to have trouble, first try rebooting. If still trouble, clear history and cookies, as Khalil mentioned and, if still trouble, try a different browser (or, if you don’t want to clear your cache...the cookies and browser...simply try another browser).
