There is no way to report a new passport number with the online TM30, you just log in and fill out the required fields.

It's a passive data capture system only <- meaning it doesn't match against anything and only records what you put in.

Fill in the field with your new passport, your new TM6 entry card number, your new extension of stay expiration.

Save the data, then go in search for it and do a screen print.

i hope you mean the online FN Hotel online as the link that house owners use to report that you stay at an address. No, but if you're inside Thailand on a 1 year Extension of Stay you need to visit Immigration Office to transfer this stamp into your new passport

That's the link I was referring to. Oh, I did the extension at Immigration earlier this month, but just came back from my first international trip on that new passport and wondered if i needed to tell FN Hotel about it also. Apparently they already know so I'll just report the new TM6. Thanks.
