Have many people been refused a DTV and lost their application fee and if so for what reasons? Curious to know the success rate is..

For those that have been refused have you applied again and had success or have you went for a different visa..

I do some remote work but would intend on staying for martial arts, is it easier to go down the soft power route rather than have to make sure my remote work reports are squeaky clean?

If the success rate isnt so great I may be inclined to go for the education visa and study alongside training..
