For Myanmar applicants that applied for the DTV e.g. in Hanoi or another location outside of Myanmar, how did you put your Myanmar name in the form?

The Thai Embassy in Yangon posted that it should be only in the "First Name" section: [members only]

Does this apply also to other Thai embassies in the region or do they get confused?
