DTV approved in Taipei. Submitted on 26 Sep. Approved on 30 Sep, so 3 working days. No interview. They asked for supplementary docs on 29 Sep which were,

1. Please provide records of salary and transfer to your bank account (within 3 months) (must match)

2.Please upload your company's registration certificate.

I think I might have omitted a month of statement when I first submitted. The company I work for is a small one.
