ORIGINAL POSTERDear members, I've researched the topic but I would like to ask this group as well... Has anyone here applied for DTV for soft power while non-B was still valid?
I've been working legally in Thailand for two years, but my employment will end next month and naturally, my non-B will be cancelled. My plan is to apply for DTV for Muay Thai (I've been training for years) while my non-B is still valid, return to Thailand on my non-B after DTV gets approved (hopefully), and when the non-B gets cancelled next month, I'd leave Thailand again and return on DTV.
My income will come from investments in my home country and online work from outside the country. I will not work in Thailand - but I wish to avoid that officers will suspect otherwise. Has anybody else transitioned from non-B to DTV like this? I'd appreciate you to share your experience, tips & tricks...
