When Will the Laos Border Open for Foreigners and Nationals?

Not sure if this can be asked here.. I am trying to find out when the Laos boarder might be opened. But also for Laos nationals. It seems almost impossible to find something. So here I am. Thanks and stay safe.

There is no word about the Laos border being reopen for foreigners. Watch this group for more information.

For Laos people wanting to return, they should contact the Laos consulate or embassy in Thailand for more information.

Foreigners cannot cross/use any Thailand border at this time by land, sea or air.

We have no idea when a land border may open.

As for Laos citizens please check with their embassy as to their ability to reenter Laos. They cannot enter Thailand at this time.
