Research and get deep Erbium laser skin resurfacing in Bangkok. It will turn the clock back on your skin by 10 years or more. Also drastically reduces the risk of skin cancer in the future. Not completely pain-free but not bad . Downtime is about 1 week you're not going to want to leave the house for the first 3 days probably. It will cost you between $300 and $700 USD depending on the clinic the most expensive is not always the best.

I have small spots of vitaligo and use Dermablend products. You might need help matching and blending to your complexion, but very good for people with color to hide blemishes.

You should go to a medi spa. They’re very affordable in Thailand. They can help you get your skin radiant and glowing without makeup.

A lot of Thai women get dark age spots from being out in the sun. I’m sure if you go into Sephora they’ll recommend something.

Your face will have to go through the three month uglies while your face peels. I’ve been using it for 30 years with flawless skin. The sun in Asia is harsh. You can get a chemical peel and it will remove the top 2 layers of skin, leaving you with fresh skin. It’s very worth it, you just need to avoid the sun for 2 weeks and make sure red to apply a high spf

Jair Shek, you go, man! For the age spots, I did laser treatment with BSL. For me, it was worth it. Had a lot in my face. Price by number and size of spots. For the age spots I payed c:a 30K baht incl creams and pills and pain relief that was totally unnecessary as the treatment didn’t hurt at all.

Another option is getting a cosmetic consultation at Yanhee Hospital (or similar) if budget allows.

I think make-up for men is more common in Asia.

Skin treatments and skincare, whilst you use the make up so eventually you won’t need to cover up. It cosmetics cc cream is really good coverage and when applied looks like hydrated skin

Pico laser for the pigment, retinoid/vit a to help fade the marks - you can get a pharmaceutical grade strength at chemist,ask for tretinoin.

Boots store/skin care shops have good LOCAL products + usually very knowledgeable staff.

As a darker skinned person (50 years old) i have tried many things. I had a huge problem with pigmentation which occurs naturally as we age. You will not find many off the shelf products that will address those issues. I started using Tretenoin (available at pharmacies) and TXA 4 (I use the Anua brand) 2 years ago and have completely gotten rid of that. You need a proper facial routine (anyone at Watsons/boots/Eve and Boy will be able to help you) and most importantly avoid sun on your face, limit alcohol and drink lots of water. The food you eat affects your skin greatly so throw in some veggies daily and 1-2 portions of fruit) the skin regenerates itself every 4-6 months and what you eat plays a huge role.

Sephora maybe. Or visit a spa and see what procedures they have along with products. You might need to order online for your specific needs. The brands I used in the U.S. they don’t carry in Thailand.
