Surprised nobody mentions «yentafoo» - not sure of the spelling - noodle soup based on fermented bean curd, pink or red colour often with seafood like dried and fresh squic, jelly-fish etc. Sold all over the place but I can´t remember seeing another farang eating it when I´ve sat down to enjoy.

Your right, I hadn't even thought of it. My favourite is with luuk chin & Sen yai. Hoh funn noodle. I sometimes make it when I'm not in Thailand, it's easy to make.

Hi Bill, it is a secondary profile... I am a public civilian just like yourself. I have travelled extensively around the world multiple times and find South East Asia to be one of my favourite destinations, particularly Thailand. Because of its sincere acceptance of foreigners, plus the Thais have huge genuine smiles on their face. I don't have a Blog/Vlog as you may notice there are no click on links to follow, no requests to like and no requests to follow.
I appreciate your question... this is just a mini snippet of who I am. Of course, my privacy to me is as important as yours is to you. I'm happy to answer any questions from anyone who may have a genuine interest, noting that as I'm sure you will appreciate privacy and safety is paramount.
Thanks for your comment Bill and Chog dee na klup 🙏

Why is your profile empty? You using us to get content for your blog?
it's not serious and because this is the second time this person has asked a stupid question you can find on the Internet . Many articles discussing Thai food can be found on the Internet .
