ORIGINAL POSTERWhen documentation or visa states days, it’s obviously calendar days, but when month is used does it mean a 28 day month or a calendar month?

ORIGINAL POSTERHi! Has any Myanmar nationals successfully applied for a DTV from Taipei? Is Taiwan still visa on arrival for Myanmar nationals? I went to the Taiwan Embassy in Bangkok and they told me I had to apply for a visa but I have read online its visa on arrival. Would be great to know as deciding where to apply for the DTV from.
