Donor Eligibility is pinned on the top of my Page. Primary qualifications include:

✅ Under 60 if first-time donor in Thailand. 70 is upper age

✅ No alcohol 24 hours prior

✅ Healthy low-fat meal at least three hours prior

✅ Tatoos are accepted, must be over 4 months old.

✅ Drink Plenty of water 💧

✅ Donors from the United Kingdom 🇬🇧, France 🇫🇷 and Ireland 🇮🇪 who lived in the vCJD "mad cow disease" impacted regions from 1980-1996 are Welcomed Back at the National Blood Centre on Henri Dunant Rd in Bangkok and Regional Blood Centres (Phuket, Chiang Mai, Chonburi, Hua Hin, Phitsanulok, Khon Kaen, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Nakhon Ratchasima, Songkla).
