I'm planning a trip to Nakhon Phanom soon and I'm really looking forward to exploring all the local attractions, especially the Mekong River views and the historical temples. While I'm there, I'd also like to find out where the best cannabis dispensary is. I want to try some local strains since I've heard great things about the quality in Thailand.
