19/2/2024 • พนักงานหญิง การบริการ น้ำเสียง ความรู้ความเข้าใจกับสินค้า = แย่มาก โดยเฉพาะการบริการลูกค้าด้วยน้ำเสียง,คำพูดที่เลือกใช้กับลูกค้า,ภาษาที่ใช้กับลูกค้าทั้งภาษาไทยและอังกฤษคือไม่โอเคเลย ควรปรับปรุงอย่างมากค่ะ • จะดีกว่าหากเลือกใช้พนักงานที่มี Service mindset ที่ดีกว่านึ้ หรือพนักงานที่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเรื่องกัญชา ร้านน่าจะไปได้ไกลมากกว่านี้ ลูกค้าที่เค้าตั้งใจจะมามันเสียความรู้สึกค่ะ (ตั้งใจขับมาโดยเฉพาะเพราะเห็นในกูเกิ้ลบอกเปิดเที่ยงถึงเที่ยงคืน ไปถึงร้าน 13:30น.แต่เขียนปิดร้าน สรุปคือปิดเพื่อทำความสะอาด นั่งไม่ได้ แปลกๆ ตลกดี) • ราคาสินค้าเทียบกับเกรดที่ได้ มีถูกกว่านี้เยอะหลายร้านเลยในละแวกตัวเมือง • เสียดายคอนเซปร้าน เจอแบบนี้คงไม่ไปอีกค่ะ และคงไม่แนะนำคนรู้จักอื่นๆด้วย • ทางร้านควรหาข้อมูลวิธีการรวมยอดบิลสินค้าที่มีส่วนลดกับที่ไม่มีส่วนลด ให้อยู่ในบิลเดียวกันให้ได้ จะดีกับทางลูกค้าและมุมมองลูกค้าที่มีต่อร้านมากกว่าค่ะ คือมันเป็นตลกร้ายจริงๆนะที่ต้องมาสแกนจ่ายสองบิลแยกกันเพราะร้านไม่มีปัญญาทำให้ยอดที่มีส่วนลดกับไม่มีส่วนลดอยู่ในบิลเดียวกันแบบร้านอื่นๆเค้าได้ 😂 ••••••••••• Edited ทิ้งท้ายหลังจากทางร้านคอมเม้นท์อธิบายทำความเขัาใจกัน ขอบคุณทางร้านที่ตอบกลับฟีดแบคนะคะ ดูเหมือนว่าทางร้านอธิบายเราให้พยายามรับฟังและทำความเข้าใจในปัญหาของทางร้าน ซึ่งไม่ใช่ปัญหาของทางเรา ทั้งในเรื่องเวลาที่เปลี่ยนแปลงแต่ไม่ได้แก้ไขในกูเกิ้ลแมพ,ปัญหาพนักงานใหม่ที่ไม่มีความเข้าใจในตัวสินค้าและงานบริการ,ปัญหาที่ไม่สามารถรวมยอดบิลให้ลูกค้าสามารถสแกนจ่ายเป็นยอดเดียวได้เหมือนดังเช่นทุกๆร้านทั้งในเชียงรายและจังหวัดอื่นๆเค้าทำกัน(ซึ่งทุกร้านเค้าก็ต้องส่งยอดไปที่สาธารณะสุขเช่นกันถูกต้องไหมคะ) ,อื่นๆ •ทางเราเห็นใจทางเจ้าของร้าน และขอเป็นกำลังใจให้ทางร้านหาทางแก้ไขปัญหาของทางร้านให้ได้นะคะ •ในส่วนที่ทางร้านต้องการคืนเงิน ไม่เป็นไรค่ะ ทางเราแฮปปี้กับราคาสินค้าและคุณภาพของกัญชาที่ได้รับ ถึงแม้จะไม่ได้รับการบริการที่ดีจากพนักงานของทางร้านก็ตาม แต่เป็นราคาที่เหมาะสม และกัญชาที่ร้านเป็นสินค้าที่มีคุณภาพค่ะ ✅ • ในเรื่องของการเคารพกติการ้าน ทางเรายินดีและให้ความเคารพและเข้าใจปฏิบัติตามกฏของทุกๆร้าน โดยไม่เคยมีปัญหาใดๆ เพราะร้านเหล่านั้นได้พูดอธิบายทำความเข้าใจกับพวกเราด้วยไมตรีจิตและได้รู้สึกถึงการต้อนรับที่ดี ซึ่งในการไปที่ร้านของคุณ เราก็ทำตามกฏกติกาปกติ ไม่ได้ทำอะไรแปลกไปเลย = เมนพ้อยท์คือ เราแค่ไม่ประทับใจในงานบริการของพนักงานทึ่ร้านแค่นั้นค่ะ เลยถึงได้มารีวิวประสปการณ์และความรู้สึกที่เกิดขึ้นกับพวกเราตามจริงค่ะ • ตามจริงทางเราไม่จำเป็นต้องมาเขียนอะไรให้ยืดยาวก็ได้ จะปล่อยเลยตามเลยก็ดีกว่าด้วยซ้ำ จะเกิดขึ้นซ้ำๆแบบนี้เป็ยร้อยรอบ ทางเราก็ไม่ได้เดือดร้อนเสียหายอะไรค่ะ :) • แต่ก็ขอบคุณทางร้านที่ออกมาแสดงความรับผิดชอบที่ทำให้เราไม่สบายใจนะคะ แต่ใดๆที่ทางร้านกล่าวมานั้น เรามองว่าเป็นปัญหาของทางร้านค่ะไม่ใช่ปัญหาของพวกเรา เพราะหากทางร้านไม่สะดวกขาย เราก็แค่ไปหาเลือกซื้อจากที่อื่นๆที่เค้าสะดวก บริการด้วยความเต็มใจเท่านั้นเอง ไม่ใช่เรื่องใหญ่หรือซับซ้อนใดๆให้มากังวลค่ะ :) 19/2/2024 • Female employees, service, tone of voice, knowledge and understanding of the product = very poor. Especially the customer service with the tone of voice, the words chosen to use with customers, the language used with customers in both Thai and English is not okay at all. Should improve a lot. • It would be better to choose employees with a better service mindset or employees who have knowledge and understanding about cannabis. The store should go further than this. The customers who intended to come were disappointed. (I drove here specifically because I saw on Google that it was open from noon to midnight. I arrived at the shop at 1:30 p.m. but it said the shop was closed. In short, it was closed for cleaning, unable to sit, strange, funny) • Product price compared to the grade received. There are many cheaper shops in the downtown area. • Disappointed with the store concept. If I encounter something like this, I probably won't go again. And probably wouldn't recommend it to other acquaintances. • The store should find information on how to combine the bill for products with discounts and those without discounts. must be on the same bill It will be better for the customers and the customer's view of the shop. And I would like to give encouragement to the shop to find a way to solve the shop's problems. •In the part where the store wants a refund, that's okay. We are happy with the product price and the quality of the cannabis we received. Even if you don't receive good service from the shop's employees. But the price is reasonable. And the marijuana at the shop is a quality product ✅ • In the matter of respecting the shop's rules. Went here finally, usually not my go to shop. They are so rude, closed the store because they wanted to clean at 1:30, made us feel unwelcome. Refused to sell me an ash catch unless I buy a bong too? The product is good quality, but kindness and patience go a long way 🙏 Edit: As the shop suggests, there are many good reasons they do the things they do. Good luck 😀

We had such a wonderful experience at the UGE STORE Chiang Rai! We arrived a little early to the shop, but the owners were willing to come open up for us. Immediately we were welcomed with kindness and warmth, and we felt able to browse the cafe. We ended up getting some pre-rolls and drinks, and took a seat ☺️ As we were leaving the owners offered some home grown and it was phenomenal! We will definitely be back for more next time we’re in Chiang Rai ❤️ Thank you again for your hospitality, we will never forget the experience 😌

There is both sitting inside and outside the store. There are many beautiful photo corners. I like the beer prices 😍😍
