Roots Rock Reggae Chaingmai

Anyone who likes to listen to reggae is in good hands there. They have one or two live bands every night playing popular reggae songs. The staff is super friendly, you can also request music. Great experience. (Original) Wer gerne Reggae hört, ist dort top aufgehoben. Sie haben jeden Abend eine oder zwei Live Band‘s die bekannte Reggaelieder spielen. Das Personal ist super freundlich, man kann auch Musikwünsche anbringen. Super Erlebnis.

Good bar

Absolutely buzzing on a Friday night, not too busy, not too quiet. Drinks are reasonably priced, especially considering that there is live music. Great spot if you’re after a more chill vibe compared to the other bars in the area. Definitely worth a visit. (The gin fizz is great).

Best place to listen to some reggae in Chiang Mai. They have great bands every day, the drinks are reasonable and the atmosphere is welcoming!

Ok bar. Had a good live band the night i went. Rest rooms are v basic. Large beer is 110 baht. Plenty of other bars,around to choose from if this one doesn't fliat your boat. Closes at midnight.

This is a really great bar with great live music most (if not every) night and great prices and drinks.The let down is the pretty gross toilets, which are fine, but at least supply some soap. Reluctant to rate poorly because of this but i reckon it would be a pretty easy fix. I can overcome most toilet situations if i can at least wash my hands properly afterwards.

Great music, and fair priced drinks for the area. Amazing feel and atmosphere, the live musicians are always alive and you can tell they enjoy what they do. Definatly a must see
