• Nice staff

• Breakfast poor - would not refund me days 7 - 14 after government change policy - safe in room not fixed to furniture portable ! - roof top pool does not open till 10am - tv channels only 1 in English euro news .

Even with my negativity I recommend this place , nice staff , for the price good value , good location .

Reception staff can appear surly and indifferent. Check in was stressful and irritating. Insistance on covid test booking reference (when evidence on appointments made was available) was ridiculous. Unco-operative when request made for booking confirmation document. Grudging sale of drinks from pool area. Better training and far more empathy needed by reception staff.

I am not here for tourism, but to go back to my family in Chiang Rai. Phuket is dead and boring, but I was positively surprised by the kindness of local people. Unfortunately, most restaurant are closed.

• 酒店工作人员非常乐于助人和友好。房间每天打扫，在岛上的位置很好。屋顶游泳池很棒

• 150 泰铢的早餐非常简单和最少。本来希望看到更多/更好的选择，因为芭东几乎没有餐厅供应早餐

等待 COE 和在旅行前安排 Covid 测试的时间等是很紧张的。但是一旦到达，一切都非常顺利和有条理。酒店设施和工作人员都很棒。
