Raphael Bulla Doesn't matter the rules are you are to remain in the country you applied in. Until you're either approved or rejected.

Hopefully Ben from Integrity Legal isn't monitoring this public group. The DTV is costing him money and he'd love to get Immigration to start checking for this.
