no. I have to update it everytime I leave and stay away from home after the hotel or resort I stay at reports tm30 for ne as change of address. If I dont I get problems when doing tm47 or anything else at immigration for that matter.

I report at tm30.io which isn't the official immigration bureau but it works as I have just done tm47 successfully. You have to upload property details along with owner id card and passport.

I do tm30 on line myself now and it saves me and my landlady a lot of bother.

for one you wont get a residence certificate without up to date tm30 which is required for buying a car or bike and other things.

No problem. You can get 3 months supply prescribed by doctor and I bring 5 different medications one if which is liquid. Only been checked once in carry on but a prescription was all that was needed. I fly Thai and they require all drugs in sealable plastic bags. They give them out at Heathrow.
