Above is the link used but hotels etc to register tm30. Don't see why you could not use it.
I do tm 30 myself but have to get house book of landlady copy, her id card copy. My house book copy all signed by her. Copy of my passport. Could not do 90 day report until tm 30 had been updated even though I did it three weeks prior to staying in hotel on Udon. It is a pain everytime you travel and stay in a hotel that sends in tm30 report. I have never had to get anything notarised just signed by my landlady. In your case it will be the house owner. Hope that helps.
that us correct. What I was told last week. I could not do my 90 day report until my tm30 had been updated to the address I have been at for 3 years after staying in Udon for 3 nights! I have not had to do it before but now they have computer link which tells them where I have stayed.
you certainly do and I have just been told I need to get a new tm30 if I travel away within Thailand even though I return to same address. The hotel I stayed in filed tm30 which prevented me from doing 90 day report.
It's a long slog but try the bigger branches outside shopping malls. A few thousand baht to pay in might help. Keep going until you find one. I found Krungsri the most helpful.
I had to take the whole 9 yards including house books and landlady id.i then got told off for not taking my Landlady with me but they gave her a hard time on my phone!m
wrong. I file my tm30 in Nakhon Phanom. Have done for 3 years. They would not transfer my stamp to a new passport and now they wont give me a residence certificate to renew my driving licence. They tell me to go to Bangkok where my extension stamp was done but I have no tm30 filed there now. It's just none sensical.
