The information above is correct. I have just done it and got the required paperwork from the bank in about half an hour. I topped up my phone with 100 baht just before updating my passbook. I made an appointment at immigration which is possible using a link I will post later. They saw me 15 minutes early.

AIS 300 baht per month unlimited 4g at 6 mbs. I use it everywhere no problems. E rn cast Netflix and you tube to TV.

I thought everybody had to do 90 day report regardless of what visa they hold.

I can assure you it is as I could not do my 90 day report until I had filed another tm30 three weeks after the last one because they could see I had stayed in a hotel in Udon thani in between.
