My advice is to do it all yourself at your local immigration office as going through an agent, even a good one, can lead to problems down the line.

You still have to do 90 day reports which might be difficult if you do not have an up to date tm30 filed with your local immigration.

Congratulations. It must be nice to have a helpful immigration office though, in fairness, all the staff at mine have just changed and the new officers seem much better! They even offered to copy my passport for me but I had a copy yesterday.

I will be there tomorrow too to do 90 day. My advice is take two copies of everything. Bank statements need to be dated tomorrow. Bank book must show a transaction tomorrow - do a phone top up before updating bank book. Good luck. NP are not easy to work with.
