It will be absolutely fine unless they prevent you from boarding or deny you entry.

Best thing to do us ask at your local immigration office where i assume your non o was issued. Logically, your re entry permit is still valid in your old passport and you say it has space. If you left Thailand and re entered on your old passport presumably you would re enter under your non o. The system might have registered your new passport which would complicate things but as someone said you are not trying to do anything that is not above board. If you do re enter on the non o using the re entry permit it could possibly be easier to sort out the 30 day Visa exempt issue with your immigration office. Failing all that apply for another 90 day non o as soon as possible. Presumably you have all in place to re new your original non o so would not have a problem getting the 12 month extension at the right time. Ask at your office and make sure you apologise profusely for your mistake. Good luck.

You need to have an up to date tm30 filed for where you now live. Taking the tm 30 form on its own will most like ly not be sufficient. I needed both house books with copies signed by the property owner. I also needed owner Id card copy signed. I also needed a lease agreement that was current and the io insisted that the property owner attended with me. I told them she was in Bangkok 700 km away so they spoke to her on the phone instead. Also signed copies of passport. With all that you might get tm30 done and then the 90 day report. I had a struggle in your situation but it came out good in the end. What my io flatly refused to do was transfer my extension stamp to my new passport. I had to fly to Bangkok where I got tge extension originally. Tge system just cant seem to cope easily with people who move about a lot and UF you own more than 1 property things get tricky. Good luck.

Unless you file many miles from where your tm30 is hotel registered they wont have clue that you have moved into a private residence.

No test or video required to renew from 2 to 5 year license for me. Only difference was that io would not provide cert of residence. I had to apply at lto and they got the certificate of residence for me.

I dont see a problem doing both on 1.12. I might be wrong but I dont beleive re newing your Visa will reset your 90 days.you can do your Visa up to 30 days prior and 90 day up to 14 days prior so I would go on the earliest day possible and try and do both together. Then, if you hit a snag with your Visa extension you will have more time to sirt it out.
