I have been warned tm30.io is not an official immigration site after I registered on it. I am still not sure all is above board but I'll find out soon enough when I do my 90 day report this week.

the house owner or hotel where you are staying is responsible for doing it. That doesn't mean that you wont get problems if it isn't done.

I registered at tm30.io but you need to upload house books and owner id card first. Then upload your passport. I have recently been told that it is not an official immigration site but a private company so I dont know if it will be recognised or not. I will find out next week when i do my 90 day report.

if you have access to the house books and her id card you can register the property in her name and then upload your passport to get the tm30 registration form. That is what I do now and it saves me bothering my landlady every time I go away.

I've never ever got that to work. Never allows me to log in as the captcha is always wrong. Use the new one, it works. Only been going a few weeks.
