Thank you for detailed report. Glad you got your visa.

This is report about application through RTE London. It might not be applied when you apply through different embassy/consulate.

If you enter on 18 Sep 2024 with insurance valid until 30 Sep 2025 on non-OA valid until 30 Sep 2024, you will be stamped in until 17 Sep 2025.

Stamped date is earlier one of 365 days or Insurance validity. Not over 365 days (with arrival date is day 1)

Did you check their requirements on their website?

Dependent requirements include "the DTV visa approval of the DTV visa holder".

And please be aware that LA asks you to have 500,000 THB or ($16,000 USD) for each applicant (including dependant category) as financial proof.

@David ******
, not all, only 93 nationalities that eligible for visa-exempt entry. UK is included

You are talking about visa-exempt entry for free when you enter on your Australian passport without any pre-purchased visa.

Currently, visa-exempt entry is for 60 days upon entry and is eligible for one 30-day tourism extension.

You can apply for ONE 30-day tourism extension when you enter on a visa-exempt or an actual tourist visa.

There is no 60-day extension based on tourism purposes regardless you enter on a visa-exempt or a tourist visa.

You will go to the local immigration office after about one month from entry to Thailand to apply for a tourism extension.

some officers counts "7 days after" including due date in Bangkok, so better to be careful with date..

, if enter on 4 May, it would be 1 Aug.

in That case, OP may want to go tomorrow, 7 Aug, to the local office in person.

This is not your first 1-year extension, right? If it's the second or later year, and unless the officer didn't give you a small slip or a 90-day report receipt (which might be stapled somewhere on your passport), you count 90 days from your last entry date as day 1.
