, the fee for multiple entry non-o visa has been 5000 baht (or equivalent based on the embassy exchange table) for many years now. Single entry non-immigrant visa fee is 2000 baht or equivalent.

, do you mean during "rest of the year" of retirement extension? Logically, you will not meet the requirement to apply fo the next 1-year extension as your current extension is invalidated when you fail to keep the balance. You may need to leave and restart whole process from the initial visa again.

Regardless of the local immigration office policy about TM30, you may need updated TM30 to do next 90-day report online.

As you live in your wife's house, you should be able to do TM30 online, too, better to update.

, Taiwan is not on eVisa system. You have to apply for and correct it on your passport in person a the consulate in those countries that consulate has not implemented eVisa system.
