right. if your TM30 is not submitted within the time and you try to report 90 days after that, you will be fined 2000 baht.
you have 7 days after due date to do 90-day report in person at the immigration office without being fined for late report. you can ask your landlord to submit TM30 immediately, or you can do “self-report TM30” at CW if you have lease agreement, etc.

All of you entered Thailans as tourists status, but None of you enter on tourist visas. You as a German passport holder entered on visa-exempt. Your family members as Korean passport holders entered on visa-waiver based on a bilateral agreement.
, as I said, sadly Thai consulate in US including Los Angels don’t issue multiple entry Non-O visa anymore. They issue only single entry Non-O visas valid for 90 days, entry stamp is for 90 days.
, that is a multiple entry Non-O visa based on spouse to a Thai national, valid for 1 year, every entry is 90 days. You can apply for a 1-year extension based on the same reason. Most RTEs/RTCGs including LA except a could of them in neighbouring countries don’t issue multiple entry Non-O visas any more.
