 Not like the OA, the ME O visa is valid for 1 year but each entry only get's you stamped in for 90 days.

 If you use that visa for 1 year you have to leave the country every 90 days.

It's a non imm O multi entry visa. You have to leave the country every 90 days or apply for the 60 days or 1 year extention of stay

 That's for people with yearly extentions of stay! The OP is talking about tourist visa/covid extentions, I dont know anyone who has done a 90 day report on those. Im sure they re-set with each extention.
