You cant get the covid extention again because you've come off a Non Imm visa. You can get 7 days from the 15th March for 1900bt then you gotta leave the Country or get tangled up with dodgy agents

You'll be stamped in for 60 days when you enter the country with a single entry tourist visa regardless of how long you plan to stay.

 Correct, some Embassys/Consulates dont require any funds. The multi entry Non Imm O visa isnt available inside Thailand, only the 90 day Non Imm O.

 To get the ME Non Imm O based on marriage you need a Thai spouse, it doesnt require any funds in a Thai bank but be aware that many Embassys/Consulates only issue the 90 day Non Imm O visa.

 You need proof of dependancy and your dependant has to attend the Immigration office when you apply.
