Check in and Immigration will want to see a pre-departure PCR test. They did when I flew LHR to BKK in November and that was with the most relaxed 'test and go' entry.

Barely any 'paperwork' for a 60 days tourist visa from the UK. It's an e-visa, everything's done online, super easy and you dont even have to leave the house.

Your PCR test result within 72hrs of departure to Thailand doesnt need to be uploaded to the Thai Pass. Just print it out for departure and arrival.
