Get the 90 days Non Imm 0 based on marriage, then apply for the 60 days extention based on visiting a Thai dependant relative. That gives you pretty much 5 months.

 The first 90 days is a visa, after that it's an extention of stay, the stamp in your passport will tell you, extended stay

 If it's an extention of stay that auto cancels when the reason becomes invalid, if it's a visa the you'll be OK

 Incorrect, bans only start after 90+days overstay and a 5 year ban requires a 1 year overstay. Stop scaremongering!

TM6 is temporarily suspended for arrivals by air, so it's not needed for an application to extend your stay.
