If you're applying for the initial Non Imm O visa, there's no need to season the money for 2 months. Seasoning is only required for subsequent yearly extentions of stay.
Try contacting some established Thai businesses, I'm guessing there must be some kind of public liability insurance, especially for service industries dealing with the general public.
I know quite a few people who worked here and then decided to retire here, never had to leave the country, they just changed the reason for the extention.
