If you're applying in the UK and all your docs are in order it should only take 2-3 days.

The Non Imm O visa IS a marriage visa, no need to change it!

The 400k for 2 months before you apply is for the 1 year extention of stay NOT the Non Imm O visa.

Apply for the Non Imm O evisa based on marriage in London, then extend for a year in Thailand. Job done!

I'm not assuming anything, the yearly extention will override your visa because it will expire after your visa expires, unlike a 60 days visit Thai dependants extention.

You haven't got 2 visas at the same time. You've got a visa and an extention of stay, the same way you can extend an entry on a multi-entry tourist visa. The point is why would you? But it is possible, you dont need to wait for the visa to expire. The extention of stay stamp overides your visa.

Incorrect. You can apply for the yearly extention of stay or the 60 days visit Thai dependants extention of stay on any of your entries on a multi-entry non imm O visa based on marriage, you dont have to cancel the visa or wait for it to expire.

You apply for the 30 days extention in Thailand not before you arrive. You can leave and re-enter for another 30 days visa exempt
