What's Bangkok airport? Both Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang International Airports serve Bangkok.

It doesn't matter. You can do a border run anytime before that, or extend in country (the latter not really recommended, tho).

Nope. I've entered, exited and re-entered like 8 times so far since October last year. Never had been asked a thing. Remote worker, if that matters.

Or else, ask directly to the Embassy you'll be applying for, and show them the same pictures you uploaded here. I doubt they'll answer promptly or at all, tho.

Without your explanation anyone could just think that DR. forms parts of the name. I've seen many sites, not the Thai Embassy, where you can manually select the title, but if it doesn't, I think I'll just copy paste what it says. You can always claim later that Dr. is part of your name (or surname, whatever it is)
