No, you need insurance for the duration of your trip. If you have a return flight showing you leaving the country within 30 days, you only need 30 days of coverage regardless of the visa.

Lol ok. I agree with Benjamin though. While marriage is never a pathway to citizenship for men, it's relatively easy for women married to Thai men to attain citizenship.

Yepp, currently the last day to apply for it is Nov 26th. They've been extending it since they started it ththough. If Thailand does open November 1st, I doubt it will get extended again though.

They have all the forums there. There are 3 pages of the application (application, overstay notice, and a covid reason/cannot travel forum), passport, copy of passport data page, entry stamp, TM6, TM30, 1 photo, 1900 baht.
