If she's Thai yeah, 30 day policy is fine. She just needs insurance for the period she's in quarantine, most companies only sell 30 day policies though.

You need insurance. Tipinsure.com is who I used, it was 2800 for a 30 day policy. They email you the certificate right after you pay.

A few. Phuket, Bangkok, and chiang mai you can go for an extension up to 45 days before it expires. Most other offices is 30 days.
