Giovanni You can also obtain pad thai and a sex change in country too. Stop mixing and matching things. A Non-O and Non-OA visa are two DIFFERENT visas with different requirements.

Giovanni No, the OA visa is finished once you transition to the covid extension. You'd have to restart a new visa, but a Non-OA can't be obtained in country (even during covid).

No worries mate. Reason I ask is because with the covid extension, the ability to change visas in country depends on what your visa was before you went on the covid extension. Exempt or tourist visas are fine.

Great. 30 days before would be ideal, I believe CM immigration requires at least 15 days left on your current stamp to apply for a Non-O. You'll need 400k baht in a Thai bank account in your name, but it doesn't need to be seasoned for 60 days until you apply for the yearly extension.
