yes it does because the owner of the house must fill out a tm30 which is the basis for the proof of residence. I fill out the tm30 for my wife when I visit her and went to immi when I visited her lately and got a proof of residence with the purpose of opening a bank account

my wife has 2 aircons - one in our living room and 1 in the bedroom - we don't use the one in the living room much but in the bedroom we use it most of the night - monthly bill around 800 baht
