You can apply online in Bali. Can submit your hotel booking, boarding pass for proof of residency.

Day traders and content creators have been approved for DTVs. Why is it hard to prove? Screenshot sites You use, income deposits, sample of work, contracts etc. You can find posts in the threads from such applicants. LA does not accept brokerage accounts going by a post a couple months ago back in the threads.

Multiple bank accounts can be accepted. Brokerage accounts are accepted by a few embassies in the USA. Where are you applying?
