DTV is multi entry, come and go as you often as you please. Others work between Thailand and elsewhere with no probs. Someone posted recently all the requirements needed post DTV issue. It should be in the threads.

You can apply as a director and give LTD Co registration details, letter to yourself as a director giving permission to work remotely in Thailand. Detail how you get income and show income deposits on bank statements, submitting a tax return can be useful.
