What should I do if my address isn’t listed on the DTV application website and how should I translate my documents for the application?

I self-translated my contracts and bank statements. Bank statements i just translated the income deposits and a couple of other transactions not every transaction but made sure the balance matched the original. Is that French savings acount an instant cash withdrawal account?

He applies with his own account referencing your DTV visa number. You have to contact the embassy you apply from if they allow him to use your account.
