90 day report is due 7 days before or after the date and does not relate to the visa. Just do the report if nothing has changed.

Show up give them the passport.

Phuket immigration requires the list below OR MORE depending on the officer, the info below is a guideline.

Most should be similar but go in and see.

If you intend to try and switch to a covid extension, I would recommend you get into immigration and get the info you need.

Switching to covid from an "ED" will only get you a 30 day extension.

You will require 2 sets of everything.

2 passport photos

4 forms - tm7, stm2, covid and overstay acknowledgement

Passport copies- bio and thai stamps (Ed and extension)

Tm30 address registration

Map to home location

Pictures outside home clearly showing address numbers or hotel

Picture outside doorway with number showing

Picture inside

All pictures must include you.

It is not a given you will be granted a stay, have a plan B.

When you arrive you will be stamped in without a visa.

It is called VISA EXEMPT for 30 days extendable once for 30days, 1900baht

If you obtain a TOURIST VISA before you come by embassy or online e-visa, it will give you 60 days and extendable 1 time 30days, 1900baht.

If you were to leave the country and come back, you can do the same VISA EXEMPT 30 days plus 30 days one time.

These are your basic tourist options.

You can get an e-visa for 60 days and extend once for 30 days 1900b.

Easy to do and get 90 days.

If you come in VISA EXEMPT you get 30 days extendable 1 time for 30 days for 1900b.

If you exit Thailand and re enter VISA EXEMPT again it is the same.

So for example:

1st entry 30 days, leave and go to other country.

Enter again 2nd entry visa exempt 30 days and extend one time 30 days for 1900b.

You can easily get the time in country you are looking for.

If I have deciphered your post correctly.

You are entering on a 30 day visa exempt NOT a visa on arrival.

If you apply online for a tourist visa it would give you 60 days entry.

Both of these can be extended easily at immigration for 30 days, one time only.

Most banks ( I use Krungsri) will open an account with:

Longterm rental contract with landlord details or residency certificate

Local thai phone number

Passport

Pretty straight forward

We use the Krungsri at Central Festival

Yes this does happen.

If you enter on any other stamp the e-visa does not count.

You would have to leave the country and re-enter on that e-visa to use it.
Chris *******
Yes you can extend at immigration 30 days for 1900 baht.

If you expire on the 6th that is your last day.
