"UNDER CONSIDERATION " really should be "in process".

The paperwork has been accepted and will be processed, there would have to be something very seriously wrong to be denied.

Go back on the 9th and get the extension stamped in.

Nothing to worry about.
Chris *******
Due to serious influx of people trying to obtain accounts it has become very difficult (near impossible is some cases) to open as a tourist without a longterm visa.

The easiest path is through an agent at this time.

actually you can get a 60 day visit Thai family extension, after using the first 30 day extension.

So for example now visa exempt 45 days + 30 day extension + 60 visit family extension.

Can be done once per entry.

Volunteer Visas as a whole are nearly impossible to get now.

The exception seems to be in the religious sector as it seems to be business as usual.

Only very established and vetted volunteer programs are being successful.

The "I Volunteer in Chonburi and live in Phuket" Visa are done (for now anyway).

Dependant visas in these situations are extremely difficult or even impossible for some.

As to other Visas w/ agents, there is currently a slow down on the ability to get things done.

IF an applicant qualifies without any "fixing" needed , there is no problem to obtain a visa or extension by an agent or by simply doing it themselves.

To use a North American term,

There is "heat" on right now.

Yes the tm6 has been discontinued at air entry points for now.

Land entries still are issued.

You can download a Canadian app.

Fongo and port your cell number to it for $25.

And then local Canadian calls are free

Yearly unlimited Canadian text plan is about $18.

We use it.

Our family and friends can call just like we're in Canada.
