Every country you hold a passport for, perhaps. But not true for all. Not that we're getting into a pissing contest, but my son has 4 and I can tell you with certainty that it's not every country.

Yeah, typo. Sure, slightly trickier to set up, but better in some ways than a DTV, and many who can pay for an Elite would qualify. And if one has time, then it's a sensible option. Time was the issue on my side, but I'd have preferred it. If they ever make that BOI portion properly more straightforward, I could see a shift towards it.

What should I do when reentering Thailand with a new passport while holding a DTV visa?

Not yet, but noted on both of my children's visas that the passport will expire soon (they are 5 year only). Full validity of the visa given, so one might presume they expect you'll need to enter with both old and new passports in future. I gather if a passport is lost, one might also need a photo of the old.

I was asked for proof of entry and permission, as additional info after submitting docs from the hotel. Did you get an e-visa or are you exempt?

Merge all the work/company related docs into one PDF and upload together where it asks you to update docs showing your right to work remotely, portfolio, employment contract, etc. You may need to compress the PDF before uploading, as there's a size limit.

Anonymous participant They actually said no screenshots? As many people can't do a same day statement, they include the screenshot with the statements to show the current balance. I believe I may have read this on one of the official sites too.
