Collection and transport to take pcr test went really well.on arrival at hotel all went smoothly, and was notified has soon has test result was negative

If the price is right ie special price I would definitely stay here in the future. Had free secure underground parking available for my rental scooter. Concierge/porter was very helpful.

Great customer service from start to finish. A little confusion with the airport pickup but sorta by BKK personal who found the pickup driver.
