Before the government changed policy you can cancel and get all but 500 baht returned. As soon as the government changed policy to no longer require a hotel stay they changed their policy to all bookings are non-refundable. Typical scamming move.....

I was very happy and impressed with the way the transit from airport to hotel was handled, on arrival at hotel were very friendly but more importantly very professional and attentive to anything I required, the hotel itself was nice and the room was comfortable with good aircon, the bed was spacious with good,quality linen and pillows, the room had a good safe, the bathroom Was very modern with a powerful shower and easy temperature control, the hotel is situated in a nice quiet Sou but close to beach, nightlife, restaurants and souvenir shopping and high end at terminal 21 All in all a great little place and would have stayed longer if I didn't have condo here Oh yes breakfast was good too I really wish all involved in this hotel all the best for the future I will recommend it to everyone I know

• Room had terrible smell of smoke I dont smoke and it was disgusting !! I am surprised they allow smoking in the room !!

Ask for non smoking room if non smoker, but happy hotel and would recommend. Friendly and helpful staff

Diese eine Nacht für test and go war gut, Abholung am Flughafen hat perfekt geklappt. Der Test war zum Glück negativ.

Having arrived and being shocked by a 7 day quarantine the staff went out their way to get me a fair price, and even cold beer. It could always be worse and quarantine probably couldn’t be any better.

They made these bad 24h quarantine feels great. I arrived at 11:30 pm at the hotel, 5 minutes for the PCR test. I had the result at 4:30 am (they called me in my room) and left early morning. So quick and professional. Thanks to the staff and the nurse there (so nice and gentle, not like most of the nurses who are digging and drilling your nose to find some gold or diamond)

The process was absolutely disgusting, people should not be treated this way. I paid 7100 baht and I felt like a leper. So disgusting. Horrible room , horrible food. This is the truth.

The hotel staff from arriving to leaving made you feel welcome, the process of testing was straight forward enough and set up in a logical sequence for completing your quarantine.

I would suggest taking your own snacks before arriving, water, tea and coffee readily available in your room.

One nights stay was fine and I enjoyed a decent night's sleep. The staff informed you when your PCR results are in and even booked the taxi to take us to our next hotel.
