• At arrival we got food
• We booked the Express PCR-Test and got our negative result within in 3 Hours

Everything was good organized. The food was warm and good and we got a nice big room. I will give the advice to everyone to book the Express PCR-Test if possible, the result will be there in 3 hours.

• I asked for a double bed but was given two singles which was very comfortable so i didnt complain

The Legacy hotel really did make the test and go experience very very easy and would use again if required.

• I arrived hotel around 9 am on 02.04.2022 and late lunch was provided around 3 pm, as guests they should treat us with more hospitality. Around 6 pm they informed me that the PCR report is negative and I can leave. But as a foreigner ( I am Sri Lankan) instantly I cannot find a transport mode to Suvarnabhumi airport, because I have to take another flight to Nakhon Si Thammarat because I am PhD scholar from Walilak University and this is my first visit to Thailand. As I fully paid for one day as per the test and go procedure they did not serve me either an evening tea or dinner. I feel so negative about the service of the hotel and thought to write to the authorities too.

The Legacy hotel did not give the specified service as per the test and go procedure according to the Thailand pass system and I am kindly requesting you to investigate their services to the other people who come with test and go procedure. Furthermore, I am kindly request you to remove the Legacy hotel from AQ hotel list after further investigating this incident. Thank you.

• Efficient service.

I would recommend the Legacy Hotel. Since it was out of Central Bangkok, I was fortunate to be the only person who was collected by the hotel. I found the pick up point easily at the airport and was driven to the testing site immediately and then on to the hotel. The facilties were more than adequate after a long flight. Reception called when my results were processed which was about 10 hours after the test.

This hotel is just nice. Worth the price I can't say anything bad about the service, from the airport to the hotel everything is good

Enter on test and go scheme the hotel was really nice they handle all the process for you I recommend this place

Check-in took a while. Staff was very friendly. Quarantine room had two twin beds when I was there as a couple. The food bag they provided wasn't great. Luckily had negative covid test within 3 hours so was able to explore thereafter and eat out.

The hotel is good for the night but not very central, it’s nice to explore the neighbourhood though and eat outside once you’re allowed

In cheap price i must say it was good. Pickup from hotel and go direct to hospital for rtpcr test and then to hotel.

Overall was good place to stay for short-term quarantine. The room was a little bit old and outdated but at least it was clean. The bed was quite hard but that was fine. It was good that they served a snack and food when I arrived included breakfast (not many choice but it was enough to eat) The service was nice and professional.

Perfect choice for Test and Go. So, if someone don't like the white colour then it must be a problem.

We arrived the evening before and the following morning we had our results negative. Took the next test 5 days later which was negative also.

Good communication before and after the stay; airport transfer and qPCR-test at hospital well organized; correct refund policy. If you are looking for a inexpensive and good asq-hotel in Bangkok, this is the place for you!

Excellent hotel with good work and customer service. Will definitely visit again for anything to do with test and go in Thailand.

All the arrangements in the hotel are very well done and this is very reasonable for the price paid.

• Fast results (RT-PCR back in 5 hours). 15-20 mins to Don Meung airport. Pleasant room with balcony. Helpful receptionist. Responsive service staff. Overall good service from hotel.

Non-tourist location. Stayed twice. Recommended for budget conscious. Ask for private van (extra charges) to minimise close contact risks.

This apartment should never be charged over 1000 baht per night, no way!!! I stayed in branded hotels for cheaper price. Felt let down for this package 4200 baht for a dated room, PCR test, average breakfast, and transfer.
